| How to
buy the tickets? |
You
must first select the event and the tickets category. Then, fill in the
form with these data and wait for the confirmation e-mail to make sure
the purchase has been made effective.

| Do I need to
collect the tickets at the stadium? |
No.
The tickets will be sent to the address provided in the form, about 3
or 4 days before the event.

| If I receive
the tickets at home, will I be asked to pay any extra money? |
No.
The tickets price include postage and packing.
|
| Is the VAT
included or shall I add it myself? |
Yes,
the VAT is also included in the tickets price.
|
| Can I pay cash
on delivery? |
No,
the only payment method is online by means of your Visa or Mastercard
credit/debit cards.
|
| It is safe to
pay with my credit card? |
Yes.
We make sure that your credit card data are sent in an encripted way
directly to your bank office. They will not be manipulated nor anybody
will have access to them.

| We are a group
of people, are there any discounts for us? |
Depending
on the tickets, we do apply discounts for groups and usual customers.
If this is your case, plase contact us at our customer telephone
service and we will inform you about it.

| Will you inform
me if the tickets dates change? |
Yes,
in case of a date change, about a week before, we will send you an
e-mail confirming the date and time but it is the client's
responsability to verify the date and kick off time on our website
and/or local press.

| Is it possible
to modify my purchase order? |

| What does 'to
buy in the "Booking" mode' mean ? |
If
you wish to book tickets that are not available, as soon as we receive
your booking order we do our best to get them. Once we obtain the
tickets, we send you a booking confirmation e-mail. If we do not manage
to get the tickets, you are refunded 100% of the amount paid and our
company is exempt from any liability regarding any inconvenience caused
to the customer.

| Is the ticket
price given the real ticket price? |
No.
Our customer-oriented policy is to sell a service called Ticket
Package. We do not sell the ticket only. The Ticket Package, depending
on the city or the event, may include: the event tickets, a souvenir, a
city guide book or map, and home delivery service. In many occasions,
in order to guarantee the Ticket Package availability for our
customers, we have to buy the Ticket Package at a higher price
than their face value. Hence, our tickets can be more expensive than
the tickets real price (face value). Or else, depending on
supply-demand, we establish our Ticket Packages prices.

| Is there any
emergency telephone number? |
In
case you have a last minute emergency, you can contact us at the
customer service telephone number available 24 hours/day and available
48 hours before the event (+ 34 690 278 507).

| Can I cancel my
tickets? |
Cancellations,
changes or refunds are not allowed once the purchase or the booking has
been accepted. Refunds are only accepted if our company does not manage
to fulfill the purchase or booking. Before cancelling the purchase or
booking -in case we did not manage to obtain the tickets chosen
category- we would offer you lower category tickets and the difference
in price would be refunded.
Cancellations, changes or refunds are not allowed if the match was
rescheduled from Sunday to Saturday or any other day. Nor if the the
match was rescheduled from Wednesday to another working week day.
The date/time changes are due to TV broadcastings or
Championships commitments the Clubs are subject to. Hence, our customer
is responsible for checking the final date/time match. These changes
may occur up to 7 days before the event.

| How do I know
my purchase order has been successfully received? |
Once
the transaction has been successfully completed, you will be sent a
confirmation e-mail with all the details related to your purchase.
